No child labor is employed in our company. The age of all employees is above the legal working age. Young workers (legally employed under 18) are not engaged in heavy or hazardous work.

Bade Halı complies with national regulations regarding working hours. Weekly maximum working hours are not exceeded, and the right to rest is guaranteed.
